Laura Czyżewska

Graduate of the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Dentistry, Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She has a specialization in the field of dental prosthetics confirmed by the State Specialization Examination. She constantly improves her professional skills by participating in numerous courses, trainings, international conferences and symposiums, among others organized by The University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, Polish Dental Society, District Medical Chamber in Kraków.

DDS Laura Czyżewska is an always smiling and creative doctor who approaches every activity with incredible energy. Cleanliness, sterility, thoroughness, generosity and heart are her hallmarks.

She loves people and animals. She finds Pilates relaxing, and satisfaction comes from helping others, and making patients smile.

Jerzy Malczyk

Graduate of the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Dentistry, Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He has been working with the Smile Gallery since Clinic’s very beginning. In his dental practice, he devotes himself to conservative treatment and also deals with prosthetics and surgery. A dentist by passion, he enjoys interacting with people and will to help others.

A traveler who, touching the reality of fear, relaxes with David Lynch’s films, and delves into the ideas of humanity in Russian fantasy literature. For a long time, also manager of clinical trials, where he fulfils himself as a maths-averse strategist.

Anna Prudel

Dr Anna Prudel has been caring for Smile Gallery patients since October 2019. She specialises in conservative and endodontic treatment and also performs restorations post root canal treatment. She performs all procedures with great care, under magnification – using a microscope.

She is a graduate of the Silesian Medical University in Katowice.
It is difficult to pinpoint one most important course she has completed because, in her own words: “there have been millions of them” . Doctor Anna, despite many years of experience, regularly develops her skills and participates in courses dedicated to both strictly dental topics, but also professional patient service.

She prioritises patient comfort and satisfaction as well as treatment precision and accuracy. She pays attention to the smallest details, which in her opinion create a coherent whole and affect the patient’s well-being: comfort, painless and gentle administration of anesthesia, good atmosphere in the office on the doctor-assistant-patient line.

Privately a ‘colourful bird’, she enjoys an active lifestyle, practises yoga and is passionate about fashion. She loves colours, which is evident at first glance. Positive in her attitude to life, slightly crazy, as those who know her better can confirm.

Susan Abassy

Dr. Susan is a graduate of the Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. Her scope of practice is conservative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and emergency care.

Empathetic, she strives to understand the other person, she pays special attention to the fact that the procedures performed are painless for the patient, she cares about the patient’s comfort, she pays attention to even the smallest details.

In the future, she would like to develop in the fields of endodontics and dental prosthodontics. Dr. Susan is constantly improving her qualifications by attending numerous training courses, including layered anterior tooth restoration, machine endodontics.

In her free time, she relaxes by hiking in the mountains; she is particularly captivated by the sight of snow-capped peaks. She enjoys cooking and baking. She appreciates a good board game with friends and strives for balance between different areas of life.

Łukasz Jarmuła

Łukasz Jarmuła has been strengthening the ranks of the Smile Gallery Doctors since April 2020. He is a graduate of the Medical University of Wrocław. He specialises mainly in conservative dentistry and also deals with endodontic treatment.

He is developing his knowledge and skills in the field of dental prosthodontics and that is what he would like to focus on in the future.

Dr. Łukasz has attended many courses and conferences, including adhesive dentistry, functional occlusion, smile design, indirect restorations or composite restorations. In his work, he pays particular attention to the accuracy of the procedures performed and to aesthetics going hand in hand with functionality. He puts the patient’s comfort and good communication first, which helps to get to know the patient’s needs and expectations.

Privately, passionate about sport. He enjoys cycling. He is fascinated by sailing – he even has a yacht sailor and motorboat helmsman certificate. Recently, he has also been trying his hand at kitesurfing. He enjoys mountain hiking and in winter he is snowboarding.

Magdalena Zawada

Dr. Magdalena is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Faculty of Medicine, specialising in medicine and dentistry. At the Smile Gallery, she mainly deals with conservative and cosmetic dentistry, as well as endodontics.

Each visit to Dr. Magdalena is carried out with special attention and focus on the patient’s needs. Patient comfort and quality of treatment are her daily work priorities.

Privately, she is fascinated by cycling trips, enjoys cooking, she is a lover of houseplants and, as she says, she could make a jungle out of her apartment. She has been a Girl Scout and a Girl Scout instructor for 15 years. She loves dogs and horses and practices yoga in her spare time.

Sławomir Zaczyk

Graduate in Medicine and Dentistry from the Silesian Medical University in Katowice. He completed his postgraduate internship at the ACS academic facility at the above-mentioned university, training in all fields of dentistry from experienced specialists.

His day-to-day focus is on working with children and conservative dentistry. At work, he is not afraid of challenges and the most important thing for him is the welfare and satisfaction of the patient. The basis of his work is to minimise chair stress and making the procedure painless. Privately a bookworm and a TV series’ fan.

Ewa Kusiba-Foryt

Doctor Ewa works as a dentist and an aesthetic medicine doctor at the Smile Gallery. In addition to dental services, she offers patients skin anti-ageing treatments in her daily work. She is constantly expanding her knowledge through advanced courses in Poland and in the world. She is a graduate of the American School of Aesthetic Medicine. Doctor Ewa cordially invites you for treatments that will effectively improve the appearance and quality of the skin – treatments using botulinum toxin, lip modeling, volumetry or mesotherapy. She performs only those treatments which safety, effectiveness and effects she is sure of, this is a very important aspect of her work.
